Platform One Gallery

I'm going to have a show at Platform One Gallery. It opens on Tuesday 27 October and runs until Saturday, 31 October. It will take the form of scheduled evening performances.
Merlin Fulcher, who runs the gallery in the former waiting room at Wandsworth Common rail station, saw my Voices performance at the final degree show in Camberwell and agreed to host it at Platform One. It's two or three stops from Victoria, you step off the train and it's right there.

OK so the THIS IS WHY WE MEET project draws ever closer the Chelsea project was awesome and very interactive

I have been meeting up with my fellow projectiles Philip Li, Carl Guilhon and Joel Stephens

we all have very different work so this should be a really good chance to make something greater than the sum of its parts (its parts being our skills)

Phil has a website here
here is Carl's stuff
and Joel has a blog here

So I Thought I would put up a few pics of my newly fished wire recorders

the recording on the wire is magnetic just like tape

basically they are set up at the moment as playback devices with some short clips from a reel of 1940s recording wire
